LUXIAOJUN Fitness Ads Manager Privacy Policy

This policy applies to LUXIAOJUN Fitness Ads Manager, an advertising management tool operated by LUXIAOJUN Fitness for authorized staff.

Data accessed and purposes

With an operator's Google authorization, the tool accesses Google Ads account identifiers, account settings, campaigns, budgets, targeting, creative assets, product advertising information and performance reports. Reports can include search terms and aggregated impressions, clicks, costs and conversions. The tool may request keyword-planning information where Google permits access.

We use this information to report on advertising performance, research keywords, prepare recommendations and carry out campaign changes requested by authorized operators. We do not request Gmail messages, personal contacts or Drive files through this Google Ads authorization.

Storage and security

OAuth credentials are stored locally on authorized computers in files restricted to the operating-system user. Credentials are not included in source repositories or shared reports. Advertising reports and campaign plans may be stored in private local files or the company's access-controlled document storage. Access is limited to authorized staff and the service providers described below, as needed to operate the tool.

Service providers and AI-assisted processing

The tool communicates with Google to retrieve data and perform authorized advertising operations. Selected tool results may be processed by the assistant platform the operator uses, including OpenAI Codex and Anthropic Claude Code, to answer the operator's request. Reports may also be reviewed using company-approved assistant software. Such processing is subject to the company's account settings and the provider's applicable terms. Operators must use service configurations appropriate for confidential business data.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for credit decisions, or use it to develop or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. We do not transfer Google user data for unrelated advertising or data-broker purposes. Any transfer is limited to providing the requested tool functions, meeting legal obligations or protecting security, as permitted by Google's policies.

Retention, disconnection and deletion

Credentials remain on the authorized computer until deleted or revoked. Business reports and campaign records are retained while needed for advertising operations, troubleshooting, recordkeeping or legal obligations. Assistant conversation retention follows the organization's settings with that provider. Authorized operators can request deletion of locally stored credentials and tool-generated reports by contacting us. Deleting this tool's records does not delete records held independently in Google Ads.

You can revoke the app's Google access in your Google Account connections. Revocation prevents further authorized API access using that grant. Contact us to request deletion of retained records and to coordinate deletion from connected storage or assistant services.

Google API data commitments

LUXIAOJUN Fitness Ads Manager's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.
