Return & Cancellation Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused. Before sending the item back, please contact us for approval and provide photos of the product so we can review its condition.

Once the returned item is received and its condition is confirmed, a refund will be issued. If the product is not in its original condition, including any packaging damage, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted. We are unable to accept returns for products that are damaged or missing parts.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the order was canceled before fulfillment.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are only accepted if approved by our team before the order has been fulfilled. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
