Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing LUXIAOJUN Fitness. We currently ship within the contiguous United States and are offering free standard shipping.

1. Shipping destinations

We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

If your delivery address is not available at checkout, please contact fitness@luxiaojun.com before placing your order.

2. Current free shipping offer

Free standard shipping is available now on orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

3. Order processing

Please allow 3 business days to process your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

4. Standard delivery

Standard shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days after your order is processed. Our primary shipping carriers are USPS, UPS, and DHL. We may use other reputable carriers for some orders.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Remote locations, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.

5. Tracking and delivery support

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Use it to check shipment progress and estimated delivery.

If your shipment is delayed or missing, contact fitness@luxiaojun.com with your order number so we can help.

6. Damaged items, returns, and exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item's condition. We review damaged deliveries on a case-by-case basis.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. The full order amount will be refunded, minus the restocking fee. See our Return & Cancellation Policy for the applicable terms.
