Adjustment, frame and padding.
The backrest plate is stamped 15, 30, 45, 60, 75 and 88 degrees. The ladder holds more notches than numbers, so some positions fall between the stamped angles. The backrest also lies flat.
Where the leg meets the frame, the joint is bolted through with four bolts. Below it, a bright metal plate carries the brand mark.
The back and the seat are separate pads with separate adjustment, so the seat angle does not follow the backrest. Both are covered in a textured upholstery with stitched edges.
