The backrest sets at -20, 0, 20, 35, 50, 65 and 85 deg, and the seat at 0, 5, 10, 15 and 20 deg. That range runs from decline crunches at one end to steep incline presses at the other.
The main frame is rectangular steel tube, 70 by 50 mm with a 2 mm wall, and the bench is rated to 450 kg, or 992 lb. It sits on a wide base with non-slip feet.
