Grip
Two handle diameters, 38 mm and 28 mm
The upper handle is 38 mm and the lower is 28 mm, so you can take whichever suits your hands and the lift. Both are aluminum alloy with a fine, detailed knurl for a secure hold on deadlifts, shrugs and carries.
Sleeves
304 stainless steel, 507.5 mm of loadable length
The sleeves are 304 stainless steel, which resists corrosion and holds up long term. Effective loadable length is 507.5 mm, and they take plates with a 50 mm center hole.

The warranty covers how the product was made, not how it was used. Normal wear from training, cosmetic marks, and damage caused by misuse, modification, improper assembly or improper storage fall outside it.

Before you buy
Will my plates fit?
The sleeves take plates with a 50 mm center hole, the standard Olympic size. Effective loadable length is 507.5 mm.
How heavy is the frame on its own, and how much will it hold?
Net weight is 32 kg, before you add any plates. Overall weight capacity is over 600 kg.
Which handle should I use, the 38 mm or the 28 mm?
Whichever suits your hands and the movement. The upper handle is 38 mm and the lower is 28 mm, both knurled, and either works for deadlifts, shrugs and carries.
Do I have to lay it flat to load plates?
No. It has a standing foot stand, so you can load and unload with the frame upright. The base is corrugated to hold its place on the floor.
Is there anything to watch during assembly?
The base washers. Large washers face inward toward the handles and small washers face outward toward the plates, and there is a height difference between the two, so check which is which as you build it.
