J-hooks are rated to 600kg, and a 150kg net weight keeps the base solid and stable under load.

This rack uses a 2-in-1 design that works as both a squat stand and a bench press rack. The bench attaches and detaches with a simple knob mechanism, no tools required, and built-in wheels and a handle make it easy to move and separate from the rack on your own. The bench itself features non-slip upholstery over 7cm of polyurethane foam, giving you a comfortable, supportive surface that holds its shape over time without sagging.
