Grip

The knurl is 0.2 to 0.25 mm deep, secure on heavy pulls, squats and overhead presses without being overly sharp. Dual marks sit 45 mm apart for the IPF and IWF hand positions, and the center is left bare, which keeps it comfortable in front squats and Olympic movements.

The warranty covers how the product was made, not how it was used. Normal wear from training, cosmetic marks, and damage caused by misuse, modification, improper assembly or improper storage fall outside it.

Is this a certified competition bar?
It is a training bar. The shaft carries dual knurl marks, IPF and IWF, 45 mm apart, so the hand positions for both are on it, but no federation certification is claimed for the bar itself.
What is the green, and is the whole bar coated the same way?
No, there are two different finishes. The shaft has a spray coating in military green, and the sleeves are QPQ, a salt bath nitriding treatment for hardness, corrosion resistance and wear protection.
Does it have a center knurl?
No, there is no center knurl. The bare center is what keeps it comfortable in front squats and Olympic movements.
