Grip
High-density PVC over a V-shape plate

Stainless steel insert ring

The two narrow handles are 31.5 cm and 32.1 cm across, the two medium bars are 57 cm and 61.5 cm, and the wide one is 82.5 cm. That is 12.4 in at the narrow end and 32.5 in at the wide end.
How do they attach?
Each handle has a stainless steel insert ring at the attachment point, and connects from there to a cable machine or a lat pulldown station.
Which handle works which muscles?
Every one of them pulls the lats. The narrow neutral grip also brings in the middle and lower traps and the rhomboids, the narrow inward-facing grip works the mid to lower lats and the lower back, the two medium grips work the mid to upper and outer lats, and the wide neutral grip works the outer lats and upper back. The four besides the narrow neutral grip also engage teres major and teres minor.
How much does each handle weigh?
The two narrow handles are 2.7 kg and 2.75 kg, the two medium bars are 2.85 kg and 2.95 kg, and the wide one is 4 kg. In pounds that is about 6 lb up to 8.8 lb.
How do I clean them?
